How Reviews Work
Only customers who actually booked and completed a service can leave a review. No anonymous or unverified reviews are allowed.
Each booking allows one review. This prevents manipulation and ensures each review reflects a unique experience.
Professionals cannot pay to have negative reviews removed. All reviews — positive and negative — are displayed equally.
Average ratings update instantly with each new review. What you see is always the most current and accurate picture.
